Your new role: The People Business Partner is an exceptionally experienced professional responsible for proactively driving People and Culture strategic initiatives. Will continuously develop and build strong and collaborative relationships with the business to translate their needs into strategic initiatives such as workforce planning, organisational design, change management and employee development. Works as a commercial People Business Partner by leveraging data insights to inform strategic decision making. Is proactive, self-motivated, solution focused with excellent communication skills and able to influence at all levels. Provide in-depth knowledge of employment legislation and its application in developing pragmatic business solutions.
