In this key technical role, you will be actively looking for opportunities to drive the expansion of our CRM capabilities, improving the efficiency and usability of Sales and Service Cloud that support our relationships with customers.
How will I spend my time in this role?
- Understanding business and technical requirements and translating these into technical solutions;
- Analysing existing business processes and identifying alternative solutions, assessing feasibility and recommending new approaches and driving efficiency within Sales and Service Cloud;
- Identifying areas/key priorities to maximize the use of the Salesforce platform;
- Key technical lead for internal design and implementation of UK Salesforce capability, working alongside Salesforce Admins, Salesforce Architect and Data Analysts to deliver useful Salesforce solutions to Sales and Operational teams, responsible for code-based development;
- Build relationships engaging with stakeholders across different functions to facilitate change and effectively manage stakeholder relationships;
- Technical lead in the UK, working with our US and Australian business to champion Salesforce, best practices and sharing key learnings and use cases – key member of the Smartest Energy Salesforce Community.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Experience with SFDC, working as a Solution Architect/Developer (including implementation of solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Trigger framework, logging framework).
