About the Role:
As a Talent Development Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s approach to talent strategy within the Technology or Front Office function. This newly created position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of a high-growth organisation, designing and executing forward-thinking talent development initiatives. You will partner with senior stakeholders to cultivate a learning culture that accelerates growth, fosters high performance, and ensures the firm remains a destination for world-class talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay ahead of evolving learning methodologies, leveraging insights from industry research, academic advancements, and global conferences.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to ensure talent development strategies align with overarching business objectives.
- Engage with business leaders and internal subject matter experts to curate and implement impactful, data-driven learning experiences.
- Spearhead development planning and skills gap analysis, offering personalised career coaching to enhance professional growth.
- Design and facilitate high-impact team-building sessions, tailored to the specific needs of the Technology and Front Office functions.
- Develop and distribute knowledge-sharing frameworks and best-practice resources to drive consistency and efficiency across the organisations.
- Deliver bespoke soft skills training programs to address identified capability gaps and enhance leadership development.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments, identifying tools and strategies that drive productivity, engagement, and long-term success.
About You:
- 8-10 years of experience in Talent Development, preferably within the technology, fintech, or buy-side investment sector.
- Advanced degree in Organisational Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Talent Management, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in psychometric assessments, coaching methodologies, and structured career conversations.
- Highly analytical, with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable development initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of an organisation.
- A creative thinker with a natural ability to think outside the box, bringing innovative and resourceful solutions to challenges while continuously seeking new ways to improve processes and outcomes.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior colleagues, with a commitment to knowledge sharing and team growth.
