- Previous experience working as a Financial Services Consultant.
- Knowledge of Banking, Capital Markets or Insurance.
- Exposure to areas such as Operational Resilience, Payments, Treasury, Target Operating Models, Insurance, Regulatory Compliance, Collateral Management, Data, or Agile Delivery.
- Skills in business analysis, as well as project, change, or delivery management.
- Degree educated or equivalent.
- You are naturally curious to ask the right questions, delve into complex problems and drive meaningful change.
- A project management certificate, such as Agile, Scrum, or Prince2, would be beneficial (we can support you with our extensive training budget).
