We're working with a well-backed, fast-growing asset finance company that's looking for a full-time Credit Controller to join their team. You don't need years of experience, just the right attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills.
You’ll be supporting the business by speaking with customers who have fallen behind on payments, helping them get back on track, and working closely with the leadership team to manage accounts. As the company grows, so will your role, with plenty of opportunity to develop and progress.
This role is based from their offices in Olney, so you’ll be part of a small but collaborative environment where you can learn from others and get real support as you grow your skills.
What you’ll be doing:
- Speaking with customers who have missed payments and helping them find a way to repay what they owe
- Arranging repayment plans tailored to each individual's circumstances
- Keeping accurate records of calls and payment agreements
- Updating the team on your progress and raising any concerns
- Supporting legal recovery processes if needed
- Working closely with colleagues and the leadership team
