Lutine Bell are currently supporting a Global Financial Services firm to appoint an Operational Risk Manager into their Risk Team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the annual Risk Management Plan is delivered effectively and risk advice is provided to the business.
- Promote a strong risk culture.
- Work closely with a range of senior stakeholders, including partnering with business areas.
- Deliver and help enhance the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
- Provide guidance to the business on the effective mitigation of risks.
The role will operate as a 2 days per week in the office working arrangement.
Background & Knowledge:
- 2nd Line Risk Management experience; leading on key risk management processes such as RCSAs, development of KRIs and reporting.
- Financial Services experience, preferably within Insurance, Broking, Investment or Consultancy.
- Strong Stakeholder Engagement.
