Unilabs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Manager to join our team. As the Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Manager, you will play a key role in leading and executing all aspects of the company's M&A activities, including identifying potential targets, conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and managing integration processes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of a leading healthcare company and make a significant impact in the industry.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including target identification, financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and execution of transactions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential acquisition targets, investment banks, and other external advisors.
- Evaluate strategic opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform M&A strategy and decision-making.
- Present investment recommendations, financial models, and valuations to senior executives and board members.
- Manage integration processes and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful post-acquisition integration.
- Monitor and analyze industry and market trends to identify potential opportunities for growth and expansion.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
- Proven track record of leading and successfully executing M&A transactions.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling software.
