We are looking for a Solicitor (NQ–2 years PQE) to join our highly regarded Personal Injury team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers in a supportive and collaborative environment, handling a mix of claimant Personal Injury and Asbestos Disease cases. The role involves managing a caseload under supervision, assisting senior fee earners with high-value cases, and engaging in business development activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Injury or Industrial Disease, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to client care and marketing. This role has been created to support the continued growth of the team.
Experience/Attributes required:- Evidence of track record in Personal Injury and/or Asbestos Disease claims.
- Manage own caseload with supervision.
- Personal Injury/Industrial Disease background.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be required to take new client calls and information gathering.
- Marketing experience – ability to write articles for website, familiar with social media platforms.
- Keenness to attend BD events.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team.
- Claimant Personal Injury and Asbestos Disease.
- Running intermediate track Personal Injury cases under supervision and some lower value multi track cases.
- Running asbestosis and pleural thickening cases under supervision.
- Assisting senior fee earners with high value multitrack personal injury and mesothelioma cases.
- Submitting Applications via the Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment and Turner & Newall Scheme.
