Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements in the Energy & Utilities sector, advising on business growth, energy transition, and operational efficiency.
- Deliver strategic solutions across key areas, including Energy Strategy, Operating Model, Project & Programme Management, Readiness & Transformation, Supply Chain, Transaction Support, and Carbon Capture.
- Conduct deep-dive industry analysis to identify market opportunities and develop actionable recommendations.
- Develop and implement transformation strategies to help clients navigate regulatory, technological, and environmental challenges.
- Collaborate with engineering, sustainability, and digital teams to deliver holistic, data-driven solutions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
- Mentor and support junior consultants, contributing to a high-performance culture.
Your Profile:
- Currently working at a consulting firm, with a proven track record in strategy, operations, or transformation projects.
- Extensive experience in Energy & Utilities, with expertise in one or more of the focus areas.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing senior decision-makers.
- Leadership and project management capabilities, with experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
