Job Details:
- Day to day management of suppliers and assisting internal colleagues with support regarding suppliers where needed.
- Working in partnership with suppliers to identify future opportunities to drive operational efficiency, transformational innovation and customer service optimisation.
- Providing operational support in managing performance, complaints and ensuring MI is centrally recorded - including attendance across supplier meetings.
- Ensuring appropriate operational supplier meetings are conducted, in alignment with our supplier framework and help define and deliver the agenda, arrange and lead meetings, minute taking and ensure all issues and actions are captured and followed up on.
- Supporting our Home Claims Leadership Team to deliver our Home Claims strategy, implementing agreed initiatives.
- Providing support between the operation and the supplier when managing complaints to help resolve individual complaints and provide solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
Skills we would love you to have:
- Relevant and transferrable experience in a similar role (ideally within insurance, and claims would be a bonus!).
- Outstanding communication skills - able to present to a wide audience (internally and externally) and influence stakeholders - excellent stakeholder management is a must.
- An innovative and driven mindset - eager to seek out opportunities and evolve practices.
