About the Role
The Executive Publisher role offers the chance to manage a portfolio of medical journals in clinical neurology, including Society-owned, affiliated, and proprietary titles, including both hybrid and gold Open Access titles. You’ll drive growth strategies, maintain quality standards, and collaborate with societies and editorial boards to ensure the journals’ success.

Responsibilities
- Developing and executing strategic plans for the journal portfolio, aligning with team and organizational goals;
- Collaborating with editors, authors, and societies to ensure seamless journal operations and partnerships;
- Negotiating and managing contracts with editors and societies while advancing Open Access and Open Science initiatives;
- Monitoring and improving editorial, production, and publishing processes to maintain quality and efficiency;
- Achieving growth objectives for content, impact metrics, editorial efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction;
- Overseeing editorial budgets and forecasting article growth to ensure financial and operational success;
- Building and sustaining strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on priorities and market trends.
