Technical Production Manager - Events

The company

Going from strength to strength, this event production agency has become known for producing and delivering high quality events including conferences, exhibitions, award ceremonies, and product launches throughout the UK and overseas.

With this, they have established a fantastic client base of global brands within the media, publishing, and financial sectors.

They are now on the lookout for a talented and technically minded production manager to join their expanding team.

The role

Working alongside account directors, you will be responsible for providing event solutions for their full lists of projects; managing key creative, technical, and logistical elements.

Overall responsibilities will include:

1. Client liaison
2. Part of initial creative brief
3. Technical specifications
4. Supplier selection and management
5. Site visits
6. All pre-production planning
7. Budget management
8. On-site management

The candidate

The ideal candidate must have proven experience of working within a production agency or AV company. If you have exposure to both live and virtual events, that would be a huge bonus.

Being able to work across a broad spectrum of events from brief to delivery is essential, as is the ability to manage costings effectively and work towards strict deadlines.
