As Finance and Operations Coordinator, you are the day-to-day contact for the smooth execution of every project that goes through the division. You will work across all disciplines, establishing strong relationships to make sure that all financial processes run smoothly from brief to final delivery. A key part of your role is working in collaboration with the Finance & Operation Lead to ensure the understanding of companywide processes and ensure that these are adhered to and adopted at Prose on Pixels. You drive the production Finance process and proactively make suggestions for improvement.
Mission & Responsibilities
- Finance
- Oversee financial operations including estimating, forecasting, and profitability analysis
- Weekly review with Production team of project completion
- Maintain Project & Revenue Tracker up to date
- Weekly management meetings to discuss finance tracking against targets
- Monitor timesheet submission and ensure production teams are updating time weekly
- Review team utilisation via PowerBI
- Re-design of project burn and profitability report on PowerBi
- Review Project Burn and Profitability and Communicate Monthly Status report
- Be a Pulse champion and maintain required standards around what good looks like for all financial processes
- Coordinate Job reconciliation with producers and Billing team, to ensure a smooth closing process of jobs.
- Support Supplier Creation Process
- Support Cash Advance and Credit Card requests
- Be the liaison between Accounting and Production
- Be the point of contact with Finance for project completion and revenue accrual
- Weekly calls with production team to understand what project is being delivered
- Problem solving, listening to Production team Finance challenges and assisting in resolving issues
- Identify opportunities for growth, cost reduction, and operational efficiency
- Continue to assist the Finance and Operations Lead to create ‘How to guides’ for POP UK
- Update existing Playbooks/Manuals and regularly communicate with the team procedures
- On-going training of the production team to ensure processes are adhered to
- Other ad-hoc tasks
