We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Researcher to support our executive search mandates. This individual will play a critical role in identifying and mapping hedge fund talent, analyzing their P&L performance, understanding their competitive edge, and building comprehensive organizational structures. Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth research into the hedge fund industry, focusing on technology and trading talent.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Business, or similar preferred).
