Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Researcher to support our executive search mandates. Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Consultants and Partners to support client mandates, ensuring high-quality research insights inform search strategies.

- Deliver research outputs within tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and thoroughness.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Business, or similar preferred).
- Prior experience in research, executive search, financial services, or hedge funds is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and organizational data.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to research and documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and go the extra mile to ensure project success.
