Top tier M&E/Building Services contractor is currently looking for a Building Services Contracts Manager to work within their Central London engineering division. This division operates mainly inside the M25 with the majority of projects being within Central London. They provide bespoke solutions to commercial fit-out projects with an M&E value up to £35M.
Utilising your 7+ years of experience as a Building Services Contracts Manager together with a relevant industry qualification, you will oversee M&E projects through the hire of specialist sub-contractors along with the company's own specialist workforce. You will be commercially aware as you will have responsibility for the performance of the whole contract from cradle to grave, including pre-construction/design duties.
