Birchwell Associates is excited to work with some of the North West’s leading Law Firms recruiting for a Proclaim Developer to join a dynamic and innovative legal services firm. This pivotal role involves the design, development, and administration of the Proclaim case management system. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Proclaim system functionality, including workflows, templates, and reports. Perform system administration, including task server setup, user configuration, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with IT and operations teams to deliver seamless system improvements. Liaise with third parties, such as Access Legal Systems, to ensure efficient integration of upgrades. Document and implement system changes, ensuring recovery plans are in place. Essential Skills & Experience: Proficient in database programming and query languages. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communicator, capable of reporting technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Proven negotiation skills for managing external projects and maintenance. Desired Skills & Experience: Proclaim Technical Level 4 training or equivalent practical experience. Experience in case types, screen design, workflow creation, and report generation. Advanced knowledge of SQL, auto routines, and web interfacing (ASP, PHP, or similar). Familiarity with Proclaim v3.5, A2A integration, and MI Warehouse. Background in Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, or related case types is advantageous.
