We are on the hunt for a new Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team based in Singleton NSW. You\’ll be working with a friendly and supportive team to serve customers via phone and email, and offering support on our Trade Counter when required.

Your Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Provide high-level customer service via phone, email, in person, and our other business systems.
• Support our Trade Store counter as required, including customer requests, stock replenishment, general housekeeping, and other ad hoc duties.
• Action requests quickly, take ownership of inquiries, and find fast resolutions within allocated timeframes.
• Understand our customer’s sales history to identify service requirements and pursue upsell opportunities when available.
• Inform customers of new product ranges and services where applicable.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• Customer service experience in a trade store, call center, or retail environment.
• Well-developed customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and shows an interest in personal development within the company.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
