Search Assignment Coordinator / Executive Search Support
Hybrid working: 3 days in office – Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

Our client is a global executive search firm based in the Central London area who have created a new role for a well-educated and proactive Executive Search Support Consultant / Search assignment Coordinator to sit within their EMEA Private Equity Practice. You will be responsible for providing crucial support to their client facing team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organisational skills and have a client centric mindset.
Supporting 3-4 Fee Earners, you will have at least 3 years’ experience working within executive search so you can hit the ground running. This a newly appointed role so lots of scope to develop, grow and make it your own within a superb company who are not too corporate in their structure, they’re agile and nimble and have a fantastic social culture.
Search Support:
- Collaborate with search consultants to understand client requirements and project scope & deliverables.
- Support in building and formatting briefing reports, candidate reports and presentations for senior searches.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in CRM during the search process.
- Providing Pitchbook data to enhance search accuracy
Database Management:
- Add clients and candidates to the database complete with personal information
- Produce reports for management
- Identifying and speaking to the CRM provider about opportunities for improvement within the systems
- Analysis of sales funnel to understand how successful deals came about
- Tracking KPIs from consultants and suggesting patterns for their productivity.
Business Development Support:
- Extracting info from Pitchbook and online about a client prior to a meeting.
- Building pitch decks for consultants
- Creating client proposals.
- Compile detailed reports about main clients and main target clients,
- Construct data bases of all target funds across Europe and US
- Extracting information on PE deals on Pitchbook and extracting lists of investors / operating partners / CEOs / CFOs on pitchbook
Diary Management:
- Coordinate schedules for Directors within the Practice.
Operational Support
- Generate activity reports
- Act as the main point of contact for any queries relating to the systems
- Assist with data cleanse projects on an adhoc basis.
Key skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is desirable, not essential
- Proven experience in sales support or a similar role in the recruitment/ executive search industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and report generation.
- Familiarity and use of PowerBI / Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work.
