This Sales Administrator role is based in our Willerby office, HU10 6DN, 5 days a week. Here’s why you’ll love this role as a Sales Administrator… Management of internal inbox and CRM system. Assist in maximising all sales opportunities, identifying sales leads in CRM, and checking eligibility. Tracking and maintaining the customer journey through successful database management and reporting on lead-to-cash progress. Following set procedures to ensure customers are processed efficiently and accurately. Assist in reducing customer cancellation figures, e.g., contacting customers. Here’s why you’ll be great in this role… Work experience in an admin or similar role. Understanding of the sales process and life cycle. Strong communication skills.
