Position Overview
The Principal of a leading independent college in Central London is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. In this dynamic role, you will also contribute to the smooth running of the main reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
This position requires exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will thrive in a busy educational environment, managing a range of responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.
The position calls for someone who is adaptable, approachable, and capable of building positive working relationships across the College. Person Specification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft correspondence, reports, and presentations to a high standard, and confidently liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organisational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities effectively, consistently meet deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- A professional demeanour, capable of representing the College and its leadership team in a polished and approachable manner during interactions with staff, students, parents, and external visitors.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- A positive and proactive attitude, demonstrating resourcefulness, adaptability, and a willingness to go above and beyond to support the Principal and the College community.
- Solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to approach challenges thoughtfully and respond effectively to evolving needs.
