An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and forward-thinking law firm in Gloucestershire. You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, working with a variety of clients on transactions including buying, selling, and leasing. The role also offers the opportunity to be actively involved in marketing, business development, and firm-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
  • Advising clients on landlord and tenant matters and commercial agreements.

  • Contributing to the firm's business development and marketing initiatives, including article writing, PR, and networking.

  • Circa 3 years PQE in commercial property law.
