Role Overview

As a Digital Implementation Specialist - Martech, you will be responsible for the implementation and adoption of the marketing technology platforms used by Coles Digital teams. You will be the technical point of contact that connects platform end users, such as Engineering and developers, product, marketers and architecture, coordinating them together in implementation / uplift initiatives. This will include owning and discovering areas of improvement and creating training and documentation to improve tool adoption.

About You

We’re after an experienced and technical leader with solid communication and influencing skills with a broad exposure to platforms as well as their APIs. Experience with Adobe Target or other experimentation platforms, CEP platforms such as Salesforce or Braze, CMSs like Adobe Experience Manager and other Personalisation technologies is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in marketing technology implementation projects.
  • Experience with adhering to quality standards and a very high attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, especially to educate and encourage adoption of technological patterns.

Skills Required

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented in managing tagging structures, testing and deployment.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high quality documentation assets.
  • Ability to document and develop training materials for technical and non-technical audiences.
