Qualified or Part-Qualified Finance Business Partner sought to join a pioneering and sustainable rural estate on the beautiful north Norfolk coast! Our client is a major regional employer with a team of over 350 and has been awarded numerous accolades, including Visit England's Gold Award and Best Large Employer in the Eastern Region. You will be working on an estate in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate and meaningful management information to aid decision-making in the farming area of the estate.
  • Monthly reporting of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow against budget and forecast.
  • Production of harvest data for accurate accounting across financial years.
  • Work with the General Manager and operational heads to maintain a robust list of risks and opportunities.
  • Produce annual operating budgets and input into five-year plans for business units.
  • Exercise budgetary control and implement financial procedures and processes.
  • Develop financial business cases for future property developments.
  • Provide essential data to support decisions regarding land usage and complete claims for grants and subsidies.

Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified or part-Qualified ACA or ACCA accountant.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience in business partnering, including preparing, monitoring, and managing budgets.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sector experience in agriculture, gained either in professional practice or industry.
  • Highly proficient with standard accounts package and Excel.
