ADI is now looking to recruit a Branch Manager to join and lead our ADI branch in Leicester. We have a great team in place and we are looking for someone who can continue the branch's growth through positive leadership, excellent commercial acumen, and the passion and drive to deliver outstanding customer service. Job Duties:
- To be responsible for the sales, margin, and operating profit of the branch
- Lead, inspire, and motivate the branch team to achieve their targets through effective coaching and empowerment
- Implement and deliver an excellent customer experience, maintaining strong effective relationships with customer base & supply partners
- Delivery of business plans/strategy for the branch to achieve revenue and profitability objectives
- Monitor Branch KPI's to identify new ways to innovate and drive growth
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Proven professional experience in the same or similar position
- Experience in managing teams, and excellent people management skills
- Driving license and ability to travel
