This is a regional role covering the South East (Buckinghamshire, Greater London, Surrey, Hampshire, Sussex and Kent). This role is central to our mission of delivering excellent service and driving performance across our network of service centres. As an Area Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in coaching and developing your team to achieve peak performance.
Your role will involve:
- Ensuring top-notch service delivery to maximise sales and profitability.
- Managing multiple centres, focusing on efficiency and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Implementing technical skill development plans in collaboration with Technical Trainers.
- Conducting compliance audits for operational activities and revenue protection.
- Upholding and implementing ATS Euromaster's strict health and safety standards.
About You:
- Experience in leading and managing remote teams in a comparable role, ideally in a B2B or B2C retail environment.
- Proven ability in resource planning and service delivery in a customer-focused environment.
- Track record of achieving results and maintaining profitability.
- Knowledgeable in operational performance drivers.
- Proficient in Microsoft, Google, and POS systems.
- Skilled in working collaboratively with Head Office functions like Finance, Marketing, and HR.
A full driving licence is essential for this role as is the requirement to work flexibly, travel across the area regularly, with occasional overnight stays as is necessary.
