Your main role will be to manage and oversee Engineering and Data analytics projects, ensuring successful delivery according to the scope agreed with the main departments of the company.

What You\’ll Be Doing

1. Plan, manage, execute, and control all aspects of the projects involving larger scope, risk, impact and sensitivity, in alignment with the divisional strategy and departmental objective.
2. Present and report the project progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones and key project metrics to the senior leadership team. Provide suggestions and recommendations to the senior leadership team on risk management and project delivery.
3. Manage cross-functional project teams and stakeholders across the enterprise. Develop and maintain a respectful and productive relationship with all stakeholders. Coordinate internal resources and third-party consultants to seamlessly execute projects.
4. Coordinate and negotiate priorities with a team of Data Engineers, Data Architects and Data Analysts.
5. Work closely with the analytics team to support them in achieving their strategic objectives.
6. Set up and manage projects in Jira.

Minimum Requirements

1. Degree in Data Science, Information Systems or related courses.
2. +5 years of demonstrated ability in project management, with direct experience delivering data transformation.
3. Demonstrated experience implementing data visualization tools and techniques, cloud-based data platforms, and other business intelligence tools and techniques to transform data into actionable business insights.
4. Strong project management skills and team management skills, with experience leading complex programs and projects.
5. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and work with a high degree of autonomy.
6. Experience with Jira Software for project management.
7. Deep knowledge of Power BI and other BI Solutions.
8. Strong communication skills both in English and Spanish.
