Studio Ashby, a renowned interior design studio, is seeking an Associate Designer to join our talented team. Based in London, this Interior Designer / Architect position offers a unique opportunity to shape elegant, bespoke interiors for exceptional residential and commercial projects, both in the UK and globally. From concept to completion, you’ll work with a dynamic team, driving creative and technical excellence in every detail.

As an Associate Designer, you’ll play a leading role in:

  • Shaping innovative interiors that blend art, antiques, and design.
  • Leading a team of talented designers across multiple luxury residential and commercial projects, including international commissions.
  • Managing creative, technical, and logistical aspects of projects through all RIBA stages.
  • Mentoring the design team and maintaining our studio’s high standards of creativity and precision.
  • Building and nurturing client and sector relationships, including those within the UHNW sector.
  • Collaborating closely with our leadership team, including Sophie Ashby (Founder & Creative Director), to create extraordinary spaces that leave a lasting impact.
