You'll support the Manager in identifying what provision is required at UCL East, and its constituent courses, to complement existing student support. You will engage with relevant academic staff, recruiters, alumni and other professional bodies, to identify and develop relevant activities for undergraduate and PGT students across UCL East. These activities could include work-focused scenarios or challenge-led projects; co-curricular projects; employer or alumni lectures or skill development workshops, or extracurricular internships. You will work with the Manager to deliver an annual programme of work-related learning and together continuously develop the provision based on feedback from employers, alumni, academic staff and students, in conjunction with the UCL East Careers Team Leader. You will also support the Manager in the use of data on student demographics and careers readiness to develop activities to support students from a diverse range of needs and/or backgrounds as appropriate and in line with the strategy of the School.
