Sure Staffing is looking for a dedicated Mushroom Farm Manager to oversee all aspects of our mushroom cultivation operations. The Mushroom Farm Manager will be responsible for the planning, direction, and coordination of activities related to the production and harvesting of mushrooms. This will involve managing and training staff, ensuring the maintenance of equipment, and implementing quality control measures. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of mushroom biology, the ability to manage multiple tasks and staff members, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the mushroom farm including planting, cultivation, and harvesting processes
  • Manage and train farm staff to ensure productivity and efficiency
  • Maintain farm machinery and equipment
