A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a boutique financial services company based in central London. Our client, a specialist lending company, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Chief of Staff, as well as manage a team of executive assistants across different teams. Due to the nature of the role, we are seeking candidates from a financial services background , with demonstrable experience of a high volume and fast-paced workload. Please note, this role is 5 days a week in the office.
Duties of the EA include:
- Producing documentation, such as agendas and papers, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for team members where necessary.
- Managing a team of Executive Assistants, providing support and development opportunities. You will be responsible for monitoring performance and providing constructive feedback to team members.
- Coordinating and scheduling private drivers for the CEO and assuming responsibility for any issues or concerns related to transportation service.
- Acting as point of contact between CEO and stakeholders (internal and external).
- Providing support in the monitoring of engagements, keeping on top of correspondence and replies, and accurately maintaining all records.
Requirements for the successful EA:
- Previous experience working in an EA / PA role within a corporate sector .
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong organization and time-management skills, with excellent written English.
- Ability to handle a high volume workload within a fast-paced environment. We are seeking candidates who are happy and confident working independently.
