We’re looking for a Retail Product specialist to define and implement a customer-focused product strategy, ensuring market alignment, compliance, and commercial success. This role involves managing product roadmaps, overseeing go-to-market plans, and driving product performance.

Role Overview:

  • Location: Keele (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Department: Business Operations
  • Reports To: Head of Business Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a customer-centric product & proposition strategy
  • Build and manage a market-aligned product portfolio
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and full technical alignment
  • Create commercially viable business cases for product development
  • Define pricing, positioning, and upsell strategies
  • Monitor key performance indicators and drive product improvements
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and IT
  • Oversee product launch plans, lifecycle management, and operational readiness
  • Provide product training and technical support to internal teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a product/commercial management role, preferably in telecoms or broadband
  • Strong business case development and data analysis skills
  • High technical proficiency with a growth-focused mindset
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication & presentation abilities
  • Background in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
