Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to join their London office. The role will support business development initiatives across the firm’s London, Brussels, and Madrid offices, working closely with the Senior Business Development Manager to drive marketing, communications, events and client development efforts.

The Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing pitches, RFPs, and marketing materials, ensuring best practices are applied.
  • Support business development research, tracking market trends and press developments.
  • Coordinate legal directory and award submissions.
  • Maintain and update practice marketing materials, lawyer biographies, and website content.
  • Assist in planning and executing client development events and overseas business development trips.
  • Identify speaking and sponsorship opportunities, liaising with conference organizers.
  • Collaborate with global BD teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.

The Candidate:

  • Previous business development or marketing experience within legal, ideally within a US law firm.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
