If you don’t have all of the skills, we can teach you but your desire to learn and develop a career in sales is key in this role.

In this entry level, lead generation role the successful candidate will support the new business sales team by:

  • Holding conversations and qualifying leads to introduce to our Sales Consultants.
  • Continually showing initiative and desire to develop own understanding.
  • Updating the CRM system to record regular sales communication, opportunity activities, and reports.
  • Taking responsibility for your own development and doing what it takes to reach or exceed the goals, targets, and KPIs.
  • Being inspired to learn about our products and services and how they can best support the requirements of our prospects and customers.
  • Assisting Sales Consultants to complete tender/request for information documents.

To be considered for this exciting role candidates will:

  • Have a desire to develop a career in B2B Sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be able to take accountability and work on your own initiative as well as part of a team environment.
  • Be confident in speaking to people on the phone.
  • Have the motivation to work towards targets and KPIs.

This is a full time, permanent role working a hybrid model between your home location and our office. You must therefore be able to travel to our Reading office 2-3 days each week.
