Job Description Role Overview: My client is a tier 1 mid-market Private Credit fund looking for a Analyst/Associate to join their Direct Lending team. They would like this Associate to join the team in London You will assist in sourcing, analysing, and managing debt investment opportunities and be involved throughout the deal lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis, cash flow modeling, and credit risk assessment. Support due diligence, including industry research and management meetings. Assist in structuring and executing lending transactions. Prepare investment memos for credit committee review. Monitor portfolio performance and identify risks or opportunities. Collaborate with senior team members to source new deals.
