What you'll do:
- Collaborating with teams across Product, Engineering, Risk, Security, and Operations to break down business needs into clear technical requirements, creating actionable tasks and prioritising solutions to deliver maximum impact.
- Diving into platform issues to uncover root causes, propose improvements, and enhance scalability and customer experience.
- Conducting research on competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies to shape strategy and guide decision-making.
- Developing scalable strategies for managing technology risks, governing AI, and ensuring compliance with regulatory developments.
- Contributing to the Architecture function by developing standards, patterns, and best practices.
