DMJ is excited to be partnering with a global listed business to recruit an experienced M&A Legal Counsel to help accelerate the growth of the business.
This is an M&A-focussed role, where the company completes an average of 50 deals per year, you will work closely with both the Group and divisional legal teams and key functions and management across the business, working as a highly driven professional committed to strengthening the legal department and contributing to the company's growth.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have extensive experience working on multiple M&A deals from £500k-£20m
- Possess 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Have a positive and proactive mindset with motivation to grow their knowledge
- Be able to commute to Surrey once a week
