Marketing Manager / Marketing Specialist to join a global manufacturer based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. The Marketing Manager / Marketing Specialist will be responsible the direct and indirect marketing of technical engineering products and execute the central marketing plan in line with the company’s strategy. You’ll lead and develop attractive and effective multi-channel marketing initiatives, campaigns and promotions to drive lead generation, new customer acquisition and retain existing customers. The successful Marketing Manager will be experienced in commercial / technical product / engineering marketing with expertise in digital, traditional, and social marketing. You will be required to use the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) with email marketing platforms to execute promotional, direct marketing, and advertising campaigns. This position is office based in Wellingborough, with the opportunity to become hybrid following production and training period. Package £40,000 – £45,000+ depending on experience 24 days holiday plus bank holidays rising to 26 after 2 years Private medical after 12 months Pension – 5% Responsibilities: Supporting the UK sales and production management teams. Responsible the direct and indirect marketing of technical engineering products and execute the central marketing plan in line with the company’s strategy Design multi-channel marketing campaigns for lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention. Develop marketing packages aligned with company strategy. You will be required to use the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) with email marketing platforms to execute promotional, direct marketing, and advertising campaigns. Maintain campaign data in CRM, ensuring all local campaign information is current. Use of Adobe CC and Canva Provide copy-editing, fact-checking, and formatting for promotional materials, including digital and print content. Organise production of major marketing materials, corporate videos, and product launch documentation. Generate contacts for sales teams and manages exhibitions, trade events, and promotional events. Monitor market and competitor trends, with occasional international travel for events. Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00 & Friday 08:30 to 14:30 Office based in Wellingborough.Requirements: Previous experience marketing experience as a Marketing Manager / Marketing Specialist or similar working with a manufacturing, engineering or technical product. Experience using a CRM and email marketing platforms Experience with direct and indirect marketing Experience using Adobe CC, Canva or similar Marketing, Business or CIM qualification Commutable to Wellingborough
