Plumbing & Heating Contracts Manager required for our client, a well-established mechanical and electrical contractor, established in 2001. They are now looking for a Contracts Manager to join their Essex department, covering works across Kent, London and Essex. You will be involved in 4-5 domestic projects, such as new builds, ranging from £500K up to £1.5M per job. Contracts Manager Salary & Benefits £50,000 – £60,000 DOE Company Vehicle & Mileage claimed back (personal use) 25 days + 8BH Monday – Friday (45 hours – 8am-5pm) Mobile Phone / Laptop Private Healthcare Pension Profit sharing Contracts Manager Job Overview You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the projects from inception to completion, including but not limited to: Resourcing local labour Manage the installation work carried out by the company Managing engineers and sub-contractors on site Liaising with client site manager and contracts managers Keeping to budget Value engineering Staying on top of variations and delivering the projects on time to a high standard. Produce monthly reports on projects.
