Role overview

You will support the growth of Cognizant’s Organizational Change Management consulting business by:

  • Managing and facilitating the process of change within an organization, ensuring that projects and strategic initiatives meet objectives within established timeframes.
  • Focusing on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology, job roles, and organization structures.
  • Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
  • Driving organizational alignment across various stakeholder groups (leadership, business champions, change agents, Corp. functions, etc.) through a variety of change enablement and engagement activities.
  • Conducting Change Impact Assessment (CIA) workshops and developing tailored mitigation plans to address the stakeholder impacts.
  • Creating and managing measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
  • Developing and executing communication plans to keep employees informed about upcoming changes and the reasons behind the change.
  • Working with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
  • Facilitating change management meetings and workshops to help prepare employees for upcoming changes.
  • Compiling change readiness findings, identifying key personas, user themes and developing a Change Strategy outlining the activities required to support the overall change initiatives.
  • Providing training and support to employees to help them transition smoothly through the change process.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience, preferably in a role as (an external) organizational change management consultant.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful transformational change consulting engagements at international corporations.
  • Experience with implementing leading technology platforms like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, SuccessFactors, MS365, ServiceNow, Informatica.
  • MBA/MSc in Business Administration, Economics, Organization Psychology, or Behavioral Science.
  • Change Management Certified Professional e.g. PROSCI or ACMP.
  • Deep understanding of the latest organizational change management trends.
  • Strong affinity with (digital) technology.
  • Dynamic team player who enjoys collaborating with diverse and international teams.
  • Skilled in business development and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Dedicated to supporting the growth and development of the practice and its team members.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding people person with strong relationship skills, able to interact seamlessly with different levels in a global multi-cultural organization.
