A growing niche specialist Waste Management consultancy is looking to hire 2 Business Development Managers due to growth. You MUST have waste management Sales experience to be considered. This is a remote role, and as such you can be based anywhere in the UK.
This business is owned by a larger recycling/commodities group and is growing in revenues and headcount year on year. These roles are ideally suited to individuals who identify as hunters, but with a real eye for detail and strategy, as opposed to fast transactional selling.
You will be comfortable with a long sales cycle, minimal leads, and will be resourceful in providing true saving and efficiency findings for clients up and down the country, mostly within Manufacturing markets. Candidates must have strong results in Sales within Waste Management - be it trade, TWM, Hazardous etc.
You will be highly numerate and good at engaging with a wide range of audiences. Typical decision makers will be: Facilities Managers, Estates Managers, Finance Directors, business owners, procurement teams, health and safety teams, and environmental Directors.
Salary range is entirely dependent on experience but will be a range in basic from £40,000 to £70,000 for the right person, plus a strong bonus scheme and development opportunities. OTE is 80-100k a year. Only candidates with experience selling Waste Management services will be considered. Please only apply if you have WM experience.
