About Us

At C-Link, we’re revolutionising construction procurement by automating workflows and transforming how subcontractors win work. As a fast-growing ConTech company, we operate two key brands: C-Link – Procurement software for main contractors and developers, and Prosper – A marketplace and lead generation platform for subcontractors.

With ambitious growth plans and a mission to redefine procurement in the construction industry, we are expanding our team and looking for a Growth and Field Marketing Associate to drive demand generation, shape event strategy, and build deeper engagement with enterprise-level clients.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Growth and Field Marketing Associate to take ownership of multi-channel marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on expanding our community-driven content strategy, developing live events, and targeting enterprise-level clients. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and collaboration, working closely with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Business Development Managers (BDMs), and the broader Sales team to drive engagement and conversions. You will also collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop strategy, ensuring our marketing efforts evolve as C-Link scales. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer with the longer term ambition to grow their career and develop their strategic marketing skills, while executing high-impact campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Growth & Community Marketing
    • Expand and enhance C-Link’s existing community-centric marketing initiatives (e.g. podcasts, blogs, webinars, and newsletters) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
    • Identify new content formats and channels to strengthen our industry presence and credibility.
  • Event & Field Marketing
    • Lead the transformation of C-Link’s live event strategy, ensuring we attract enterprise-level clients and bring together our most successful engagement efforts.
    • Plan, organise, and execute industry events, trade shows, and networking meetups to strengthen C-Link’s market position.
    • Develop relationships with key industry associations and event organisers to maximise visibility.
    • Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target enterprise-level clients, ensuring multiple touch points are leveraged in the sales process.
    • Work closely with SDRs and BDMs to align on enterprise-level outreach, ensuring a structured approach to engagement and lead nurturing.
    • Partner with the Sales team to develop tailored campaigns that drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
    • Create sales enablement materials, case studies, and industry insights that support sales conversations and conversions.
  • Marketing Automation & Analytics
    • Leverage HubSpot to build automated workflows, track campaign performance, and optimise lead nurturing programmes.
    • Set and monitor KPIs for all campaigns, analysing data to refine strategies and improve ROI.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS, technology, or ConTech experience preferred).
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns, including content marketing, live events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Proven ability to target and engage enterprise-level clients through structured, multi-touchpoint strategies.
  • Strong event marketing and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset—ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Ambition to grow into a leadership role, with a clear drive to scale marketing impact.

Why Join Us?

We’re a high-growth, innovative company where your work has a direct impact. As part of our team, you’ll benefit from:

  • Flexible work-life balance
  • Regular team-building events
  • Training & career growth opportunities
