Our client, a Legal 500 law firm in Guildford, is seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their team. The team and wider firm are recognised for their high-quality work.
Duties will include:
- Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, and corporate governance documents.
- Conduct legal due diligence and prepare related documentation.
