Juicy Couture is seeking a Junior Designer (Womenswear multi product) with minimum 2 years of experience for an immediate start. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with a passion for high-end athleisure, activewear, and contemporary streetwear. Expertise in jersey, knit and denim is an advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design work for Juicy Couture.
- Lead design and development for the White collection and SMU collections.
- Report to the Creative Director on a daily basis.
- Take part in trend research and creative brainstorms with the Design team.
- Assist in creating seasonal presentation decks (mood boards, image research, colour palettes, range overviews, CADs).
- Finalise CADs for brand owner approval.
- Support graphic design needs for seasonal and SMU collections.
- Prepare and finalise tech packs.
- Communicate the brand’s tone of voice to freelance designers and external partners.
- Gather market insights and apply current design trends effectively.
- Manage daily tasks such as parcel shipments, sample organisation, measurements, strike-offs, comments, and fittings.
- Assist in fit sessions and update tech packs based on factory feedback.
- Support marketing shoots to reflect the brand’s styling and tone of voice.
- Help deliver projects in line with the development calendar, managing workload and deadlines efficiently.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have great communication and organisational skills, and you are someone with at least two years of industry experience. You are flexible and able to adapt quickly to the changing needs of the business. You are comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You are self-motivated, able to manage your own workload, and a strong team player. As a confident communicator who is highly organised, you will thrive in this role.
