The post will involve working with employers in the plant construction industry to identify training and skills gaps, alongside supporting learners across our bespoke programmes to move into local vacancies within the sector.
Part of the role will involve delivering employment and industry focused sessions, supporting the practical and classroom delivery of plant construction licences, health and safety and on-site machinery demonstrations. Alongside this, the role will play an integral role in the learner journey to secure positive employment destinations for all learners who access our programmes.
