This busy and growing Property Developer is looking for a Project Director to look after their variety of developments across the portfolio. Based from their East Midlands office, you’ll be integral to the development team. Using your experience working for a developer or consultancy, and with a thorough understanding of end to end delivery, you’ll be looking after multimillion pound developments; understanding infrastructure enabling, foundations and build process, appointment of consultants and contractors and more to deliver the developments in a timely and cost-effective manner. You don’t need to have specific sector experience – theirs is a mixed-portfolio of retail, residential, industrial and offices, so you’ll have lots of variety. But you do need to have enough experience to be able to handle developments like this with little to no supervision, reporting directly to the Chief Exec.
