Jo Malone London has an opportunity within the Spatial Design team for a Spatial Designer. This role will be based out of our Global Townhouse in Marylebone, this is a hybrid role.

This role works closely with the Head Of Spatial Design and the wider Spatial Design team; including Windows, Pop-ups, and Creative Events, to conceptualise and develop store window displays, pop-up spaces, and in-store animations.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Technically develop and refine approved designs, producing comprehensive creative guidelines and technical specifications for local fabrication and production, demonstrating a strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and cost considerations.
  • End to end project management of your programs including prop testing and prototyping of approved window and in-store props and materials.
  • Create bespoke designs to support the regions and markets on an ad hoc request basis – including 2D/3D drawings, technical and/or production guidelines and artwork as required.
  • Adhere to Creative Operations’ program calendar timelines and ad-hoc regional project requests.
  • Collaborate across multiple departments to align program objectives with the marketing calendar, working closely with the Spatial Design team to develop cohesive, integrated creative concepts.
Qualifications Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar design role within the beauty, fragrance, or fashion industries.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Advanced skills in 3D design software such as SketchUp and V-Ray.
  • Strong technical design expertise with the ability to clearly communicate build guidelines.
  • A creative visionary with a strong ability to generate innovative, big ideas.
  • A portfolio that showcases compelling storytelling and design excellence.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple global projects from inception to completion.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills to effectively convey ideas and engage stakeholders across regions and markets.
