Responsibilities for Senior Bid Designer
- Planning & Oversight of Bid Design
- Oversight and coordination of graphic design for bid submissions, ensuring high visual standards and consistency across documents, presentations and materials.
- Develop and maintain bid templates, layouts, and brand assets to improve production speed and quality.
- Collaborate with bid coordinators to provide design guidance, setting expectations for design quality and consistency.
- Assist with the creation, editing, and formatting of bid responses to ensure high visual and content quality.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in bid production to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Conduct quality reviews of bid materials, ensuring they meet high standards before submission.
- Provide guidance to bid coordinators, helping to develop their graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Suite, Ceros (or similar)).
- Support knowledge-sharing and continuous development within the team to improve overall design capabilities.
- Provide graphic design support across the wider group, working on presentations, branding, brochures, marketing collateral, videos, and general design needs.
- Ensure consistency across all group-wide visual assets, aligning them with brand guidelines and high-quality standards.
Requirements for Senior Bid Designer
- A strong background in graphic design with proven experience in bid design or document production.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint, After Effects.
- Experience with interactive bid presentations and digital content creation tools like Ceros.
- Experience in bid coordination or design, ideally within professional services, construction, or design-and-build sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency and clarity.
