As a Finance Business Partner (FBP) Analyst you will be responsible for reporting, providing insights and supporting our FBP team with decision support. This role is an Individual Contributor role and you will work closely with the FBP team to drive performance through the reporting of financial information & insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop regular business reports for senior partners and help in prioritizing revenue-generating projects, including reasons and investment choices.
  • Support in recognizing and spearheading process enhancements, including standardization.
  • Lead well-defined challenges to boost growth throughout the business, delivering new and actionable insights through detailed business data analysis.
  • Contribute to preparing financial data for key business activities and providing ad-hoc analysis.

Experience:

  • Forecast modeling skills and experience in scenario modeling.
  • Logical and problem-solving skills, along with an eagerness to learn and understand the business needs.
  • Experience in data visualization and an analytical approach to break down problems and find opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills to synthesize complex topics into clear stories with recommendations.
  • Building strong interpersonal relationships and understanding tech business.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified accountant or qualified by experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • A strong understanding of numbers and business sense.
  • Proactive, self-confident individuals with high levels of curiosity, a growth mindset, and a positive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to engage in building positive relationships with colleagues and collaborators.
  • Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
  • Relevant finance/corporate finance experience is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in financial modeling and data visualization is highly desired.
  • Ability to distill and synthesize information and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Proficiency in all standard business tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
