Triskele Labs are one of the leading providers of cybersecurity services in Australia. We assist clients to reduce their risk of a cyber compromise through the delivery of risk-considered controls. Triskele Labs are one of the last remaining boutiques in Australia. We are currently the largest CREST Registered Penetration Testing company in Melbourne and one of the only boutiques to run a 24x7x365 Security Operations Team completely onshore. As we continue to grow, we are establishing a dedicated Partner and Channel function to enhance our vendor and partner relationships, expand our service offerings, and develop a strong channel strategy, solidifying our position as a trusted cybersecurity partner.
The Partner and Channel Manager will lead the development and execution of Triskele Labs' vendor and channel strategies, focusing on key technology partnerships (e.g., Microsoft, CrowdStrike) and building a strong channel model with MSPs, IT providers, and distributors. The ideal candidate will be an experienced channel leader with a proven track record in creating and executing partner strategies to drive business growth.
- Partner Strategy & Vendor Management
- Develop and execute a vendor strategy to enhance Triskele Labs’ services.
- Strengthen relationships with vendors for co-sell opportunities and integrations.
- Onboard new technology partners aligned with cybersecurity services.
- Manage vendor relationships to support company growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate vendor solutions.
- Implement a scalable channel strategy for MSPs, IT providers, and distributors.
- Recruit partners to expand MDR, advisory, and penetration testing services.
- Launch white-label MDR models for MSPs.
- Establish enablement programs (training, marketing, joint sales).
- Develop pricing models, contracts, and partner agreements.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial channel agreements.
- Lead partner and channel strategy execution, from development to management.
- Develop KPIs to track success and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to drive partner revenue.
- Build a go-to-market plan for consistent partner engagement and growth.
